I'm missing one of my items in my order! Where is it?
Certain items ship from different locations. Jewelry/Customs/Thongs may arrive in separate packages. You can send an email to email@example.com for an update on your next delivery.
Why does it say "unconfirmed" next to my address information?
That's something PayPal does, not us. It just means you haven't confirmed your card on PayPal. Don't worry we will still be shipping your order on time to the address you've provided.
How long til I get my order?
Orders take approximately 1-7 business days to process. Plus 2-7 business days to ship within the US; or 7-10+ business days to ship internationally.
This does not include weekends or holidays.
*Some international shipments may take up to 4 weeks, depending on customs and other variables.
I checked my tracking ID and there's no information available. Why?
You will receive a tracking ID email when your order begins processing, but that does not mean it has been shipped off with USPS yet. Your tracking ID will update once it is picked up by USPS and has entered their system. It may take 24 hours to update.
What does Pre-Order mean?
A pre-order item takes longer to process than our standard processing times. This information will be in the description area of the item.
