Shipping Policy


We source our products worldwide to get you the best handmade goods possible at a reasonable price. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. Most items will ship individually and will arrive on a first available basis. A tracking number will always be emailed to you following your order confirmation email.

Boss&Bougie is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation requests or changes to your order as packages are often sent out same day.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties, or any other fees that may be imposed upon delivery. We are unable to cancel an order due to non-payment of the above named fees.

Our company is based in Houston, Texas. If your item is held up in customs, please contact your local customs office to arrange pick up  or delivery of your item. We do not know why they are holding your package and we are not responsible for any international customs charges that your item may incur while in transit to the destination.
